Partnering across organisations

Partnering across organisational boundaries and cultures is a  challenge that a number of our organisations face.
This interdependency is complex and critical to achieving growth plans. Trusted partnerships can only be secured if mutual expectations are  understood and being met consistently. This calls for high levels of  collaboration for mutual success.
During this session, we will explore the following questions to support the  development of sustainable and successful partnerships:

• How can two or more organisations partner to achieve more together?
• What are the fundamentals for sustainable and successful partnerships?
• What are the opportunities for business partnerships in Brazil and UK?
