Mining and Infrastructure

The Chamber’s Mining and Infrastructure Committee facilitates discussions regarding investment and business opportunities in the infrastructure and mining sectors in Brazil. As an essential part of this process, it explores aspects that are of greatest relevance to these sectors, which include financial, legal, political, sustainability and other commercial issues. In order that the discussions are as productive as possible, the Committee arranges events and networking opportunities to bring together investors, companies, firms, authorities and other key stakeholders from both countries. Through this process, the Committee contributes to improving bilateral relationships between the UK and Brazil in these vitally important sectors, and to facilitate new business in them.
