Padovani  gave an overview of the current Brazilian Economic situation and how the government should adjust its policies in order to boost growth.

  Padovani has over 20 years of experience in economic analysis. Prior to joining Votorantim Corretora’s team, as a Chief    Economist, he was the economist in charge for Latin America at WestLB Bank AG, being part of the Global Research Team. He has been a top-ranked economist in different positions, such as the Central Bank’s and Bloomberg’s. He was also a senior partner at Tendências Consultoria, from 1996 to 2006, and an adviser at the Ministry of Finance during the Real Plan (1993-1995). Roberto has a Master’s degree in Economics from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, and Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Business Administration from the University of São Paulo and Fundação Getúlio Vargas, respectively.
