The Pandemic has shone a light on, and challenged, leadership. Many of us within our organisations have observed good and bad examples of leadership and it has triggered each of us to reflect on what good leadership looks like in action.
Having this in mind, this interactive workshop is designed to:
- understand the importance of a good leadership,
- explore what a 'sustainable leadership' is and how to strengthen it and
- reflect on the opportunities to improve leadership impact
The session will last 60 minutes and will be held at 14:00 (UK) and 10:00 (Brazil).
