Join the Brazilian Chamber and Canning House at the Embassy of Brazil in London for an evening talk on talent management followed by a networking reception.
Managing a successful executive team and as well as planning for their succession is one of the key issues discussed at the Board level. With increasing pressure around the need for diversity of gender, ethnicity and thought, keeping them motivated during turbulent times is becoming increasingly difficult. Alex Alcott and Magui Castro, from Caldwell Partners, the executive search company, have interviewed dozens of top level global executives over the past number of years, understanding what worked for each of them and their organizations, and will talk about their findings in Europe and Latin America. They will share with you the pillars to keep your team (and yourself) motivated during those uncertain periods.
On top of that, Delber Lage, from Salaryfits, will talk about the infrastructure needed to build a sustainable financial relationship between employee-employer.
