The UK Bribery Act 2010

Preparing for far-reaching regulation, Autumn/Winter 2011

PwC UK's Emerging Markets Group and the Forensic Services Group would like to invite you to join us for a seminar where we will look at the impact this Act has on commercial organisations working with businesses in the BRIC countries.

In association with the Brazilian Chamber of Commerce for Great Britain, the Russo-British Chamber of Commerce, the UK-India Business Council, and the China-Britain Business Council we have produced a report about the Bribery Act, and its particular relevance for BRIC countries.  All delegates at the events will receive links to copies of the report which will be launched at our London event.

The legislation’s global reach means that UK commercial organisations operating in foreign markets could be liable for prosecution in the UK if accused of engaging in corrupt practices as outlined in the Act.

A team of specialists from PwC including our UK Forensic Services Partners share their expertise, experience and insights and answer any questions you may have on the Bribery Act.

We will be holding events in
