Ticket Bookings and Registration
All event bookings and registrations (including free events) are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Events can be booked in advance via our website. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is received.
Payment Terms (Paid Events)
Full payment is required to secure a place at paid events. Where payment is made by invoice, it must be settled within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received no later than 14 days before the event. The Chamber reserves the right to cancel unpaid bookings after this deadline. Payment terms extensions are at the Chamber’s discretion.
Free Events
Registration for free events is required to secure a place. If you are unable to attend, please notify the Chamber as soon as possible so your place can be offered to others.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation by the Chamber
The Chamber reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events. In such cases, an alternative event or a full refund will be offered. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 28 days. The Chamber is not responsible for any additional costs incurred. Event details (including date, time, venue, or content) may be subject to change.
Cancellation by Attendees (Paid Events)
All cancellations must be made in writing via email. Refunds apply as follows:
• More than 12 weeks before the event: 100% refund
• Up to 8 weeks before: 50% refund
• Up to 4 weeks before: 25% refund
• Less than 4 weeks before: no refund
No refunds will be given for non-attendance.
Photography and Filming
By attending any event, you consent to being photographed or filmed. These materials may be used by the Chamber for promotional and communication purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please notify us in writing before the event.
Personal Data
Personal information is used only for event administration purposes. It will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law. Payment details are not stored. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
